Welcome to SculptFitByTay weekly workout classes! These classes will be once a week every Saturday! Each week I’ll conduct different workout groups for us to target. For this class we will be targeting FULL BODY which consists of working every muscle group. These training classes will last for 45min through 1 hour long.
